Delete account and data

You can delete your FORMULARENT account yourself at any time – in the app or on formularent.ch. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself (app or website)

Sign in.
Open the dashboard.
Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
Type LÖSCHEN to confirm.

Request deletion by e-mail

If you can no longer access your account, write from your registered e-mail address to info@formularent.ch.

What is deleted

Account and login data
Profile and company data
Vehicle listings including images
Requests and availability
Device tokens for push notifications
Active subscriptions are cancelled first

What is retained

Payment receipts and invoice data must be retained by our payment provider Stripe due to statutory retention obligations (up to 10 years).
