Do I book the vehicle directly through FORMULARENT?
No. You send a provisional request. The provider reviews it and confirms or declines manually.
Do I pay via FORMULARENT?
No. FORMULARENT does not process rental payments. Payment is made directly between customer and provider.
Is my request binding?
No. The request is not binding until the provider confirms it.
Who is my contractual counterparty?
The rental contract is concluded directly between customer and provider. FORMULARENT is not a party to the rental contract.
Do I need an account?
No. No account is required to make requests.
For providers
Can I register as a private individual?
No. Only registered businesses can become providers.
When can I publish vehicles?
After manual approval by FORMULARENT and with an active monthly subscription.
Is there a commission on rentals?
No. FORMULARENT uses a pure monthly-subscription model.
