Provider terms

Providers may only publish vehicles if they are a registered business, have been approved by FORMULARENT and have an active provider subscription.

FORMULARENT is an intermediary platform. The rental contract is concluded directly between customer and provider. FORMULARENT is not a party to the rental contract and does not process rental payments.
